I feel like giving them one star would be giving them too much credit. They canceled on us three separate times and we were promised they would be back today to install the pool. It is currently 2:50 we’ve called four times no return call no show we were fortunate off to find another installer that is coming.
Everytime they said they would come open my pool (at least 5 times now), they never showed, then wouldn't return calls and lastly said "we just found your paperwork it was lost, we will be there Sunday" and yet again, no show.
Worst service. They have to learn about customer service. They suck !!!!!!!!!
Our first experience is not so good. They scheduled us for a pool install. I emailed at 10am, the morning of the install to confirm they were coming. I called the water people myself to schedule them as well. I never received a call or email, until 8:32pm saying they were sorry something came up. I told them please reschedule at the earliest convenience, almost 2 weeks later from first appointment is when we received a date.
