We met with someone several months ago to quote putting a pool in our backyard. We then requested to get on the calendar and make a deposit. We called three times to do so and they had us email someone. Nothing back and completely ghosted. Nothing worse than feeling like someone doesn’t want your business. It was a waste of our time. *update* poolside has reached out and promptly provided a quote and apologize for the issue. Raising my star review. Thank you!
Sorry I cannot give a better review here. I purchased a home with an existing pool. The experience I've had with Poolside has been very very frustrating. Many of my phone calls asking for someone to come out has taken days. The pool has turned green with advice to turn off the unit. I waited weeks and weeks to have a chlorinator installed. They did not put the drain on the bottom when I first opened the pool as we had to drain it and refill it the drain did not get put in until the beginning of August they had taken it off e... read more
Brian and Mike were very helpful working with us to while we chose what type of pool we wanted along with all the accessories. We look forward to having it installed next year.
I had the best experience with this company when I called this company in a panic when I was in need of immediate service on my hot tub. I called and the guy I spoke with was so nice & prioritized getting someone out to my house as soon as possible. They sent Blake out the next day & he quickly detected the issue & was extremely kind. I would highly recommend this company’s repair services & will defer to using them in the future if I am ever in need of a hot tub repair again.
