I had the best experience with this company when I called this company in a panic when I was in need of immediate service on my hot tub. I called and the guy I spoke with was so nice & prioritized getting someone out to my house as soon as possible. They sent Blake out the next day & he quickly detected the issue & was extremely kind. I can't say enough good things about this company. Eric and his team are professional and thorough. Service manager Curtis goes above and beyond to make sure we understand the function of our pool. We are so glad we found this company to install and maintain our pool. Highly recommend I'm editing my review to add that a year later we are still so very happy with Poolside, Inc. Curtis and Tim have gone above and beyond to help us get our pool balanced and our heater fixed. Thank you!
