Curtis and Pool Side have always went above and beyond to service all our pool/spa needs in a timely manner. Great customer service!!
Poolside sold and installed our indoor, in ground saltwater pool. Eric Weber was our go to guy and was fabulous to work with. Since everything has been completed I had to call for help on chemicals. Curtis arrived and has been so helpful and absolutely amazing at walking me through and checking on me several times in the last few weeks to make sure I am on track with chemicals. Poolside is definetly top notch!
We met with someone several months ago to quote putting a pool in our backyard. We then requested to get on the calendar and make a deposit. We called three times to do so and they had us email someone. Nothing back and completely ghosted. Nothing worse than feeling like someone doesn’t want your business. It was a waste of our time. *update* poolside has reached out and promptly provided a quote and apologize for the issue. Raising my star review. Thank you!
Sorry I cannot give a better review here. I purchased a home with an existing pool. The experience I've had with Poolside has been very very frustrating. Many of my phone calls asking for someone to come out has taken days. The pool has turned green with advice to turn off the unit. I waited weeks and weeks to have a chlorinator installed. They did not put the drain on the bottom when I first opened the pool as we had to drain it and refill it the drain did not get put in until the beginning of August they had taken it off e... read more
