Just purchased a pool handrail from them which was installed by Brenton. He was great to deal with and went to a great deal of trouble to make sure he did the job properly for a difficult install. I would very much recommend dealing with them.
Spoke to Grant about a calcium problem and he solved the issue . I had ring many pool shops before with no solutions . Thank you Grant
Arrogant and disrespectful staff . I came in with a question regarding my pool and was treated like a fool by a boy with a bad attitude. I have spent 1000s with this store over the last 5 years. I won’t be returning.
