I'm a new pool owner. this was my first spring opening the pool and it was extremely cloudy. I took a water sample to pools HQ, they tested it on the spot, took the time to give me some great advice for opening, maintenance and closing. They also emailed me all the instructions. After 48 hours of following their instructions our pool was clear and ready to swim.
Friendly staff, amazing svcs. Always going to them for our pool products and concerns.
I hesitated to leave a bad review because I don't like doing this, but the hot tub we purchased has been nothing but problems. When it was first delivered, it leaked. They sent somebody out twice and couldn't figure it out, so they ended up taking it back to their shop to fix it. They fixed it, and when they dropped it off again the screen was now broken and there was a wrench icon that wasn't there before. I was assured it was no big deal, which was not true.
