I hesitated to leave a bad review because I don't like doing this, but the hot tub we purchased has been nothing but problems. When it was first delivered, it leaked. They sent somebody out twice and couldn't figure it out, so they ended up taking it back to their shop to fix it. They fixed it, and when they dropped it off again the screen was now broken and there was a wrench icon that wasn't there before. I was assured it was no big deal, which was not true. Just a shout out to the quick response of staff with no hesitation to refund me a closing that I prepaid online. Something has come up with our home/pool and had to cancel and they understood with no questions asked. Thank you for understanding - highly recommend.
