Not a place to go if you are a minoriity. I was profiled from the moment I entered and the tester, Melody, never looked at me and had her back to me while asking me personal questions. Her whole demeanor changed with a white lady came in and she was all smiles. The smile left her face when she reviewed the test results with me (quite quickly). I will never go back there again and instead will go back to their Van Dyke store where the people are awesome!
Don’t ever expect them to call you back! They supposedly ordered parts for our pool. They said they would call us when the parts came in. After a week, we inquired. They said no parts yet, but they would find out when they would come in and call us back. Ten more days, no call. We inquired again. No parts; but he would call when they came in.
