i cannot thank Joseph and Pools & Spa Leak detection by Orange enough. they were professional and helpful from the start, quickly finding the pool leak and explaining the leak detection process in simple terms. our pool company was able to move forward fast, and we got back to enjoying the pool without worrying about water loss. the service was smooth, clear, and very helpful, and we will always refer them for pool leak detection and related pool repair support.
If you have a pool leak, stop searching. Pools & Spa Leak detection by Orange did an excellent job finding ours. Joseph was patient, thorough, and fully focused on locating the leak the right way. He carefully tested the plumbing lines, checked the pool equipment, used dye testing, and even dove into the pool for a closer inspection. They did a great job checking the problem with my pool heater and walking me through clear options for repair or replacement. I decided to go with a new heater, and Darrell took time to explain the different models, features, and what would work best for my pool setup and equipment pad. The installation was on schedule, professional, and very clean. joseph was very professional and took the time to explain all the steps needed to get my pool back in shape. my pool in beverly hills hadn't been used for a long time and needed a lot of attention. joseph drained and cleaned the pool, put in a new pump, and even took care of the replastering. now my pool looks brand new! he also made sure to work within my budget and offered different equipment options to help keep costs low. i really appreciate the great service and clear communication.
Scheduled twice, they ghosted on both and stopped responding when asked if they're still coming out. Not great when there's a pool leak happening
