After a long drawn out experience with another pool company, Cesar and his crew came and turned my partially complete pool from something I hated to look at to my most happy place! Working with Cesar and his crew was great. Cesar is very responsive and was patient with all of my questions. Trust me... I had a lot as a first time pool owner that knew nothing. He always responded quickly. The pool construction process went well and his crew was hard working. Showed up early and stayed past dusk to finish. They cleaned up the yard when done, too. We recently relocated from out of state. We initially contacted Pools-R-Us to give us an estimate. Cesar went above and beyond on answering all our questions and then some. After doing our research around the area, This company by far offered better quality and warranty. Throughout our build, I was constantly impressed by the crew and Cesar giving us updates, what to expects & answering any questions that we might have. I must say I am again, PLEASED, with Pools-R-Us. I wrote a review about some problems we were having with our pool that was put in about a year or so ago. Caesar replied back and I am glad to say... Yes ma'am you are correct. I did send someone out there to fix water fall and i told your husband that someone was going to fix the small crack in the plaster. I wasn't aware that he didn't make it out there but it was my fault that i didn't follow up and made sure it got done. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have not disappeared. My number is 361 673 2731. I always answer my calls. Again i apologize and if its okay with you i can send someone out there to get this fixed.
worst experience , repaired my pool a few months back and had too call somebody else too fix it all over again this man didn't know what he was doing let alone how too run a business I knew about a similar company located in the valley who took several people's money I believe that was these guys . beware and don't waste your money the majority of these good reviews are from there family .
