pools plus We bought our Hot Springs spa here several years ago and still go here to buy supplies and have our water tested free. They are a full-service pool and spa place. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are what you'd pay elsewhere.
Very displeased with level of customer care I received after the sale. Manufacturing error with access door. A faulty heatrt. A chip in shell. Customer service dept. wants to weasel out of customer service.
On a whim stopped there on the way home from work. Knowledgeable staff actually tested our water, not just dip the strip - then helped to carry the chemicals out to the car! Great people to deal with!
Best Price on the Best Spa!! – We were interested in a spa and all of our internet searches led us in one direction...Hot Spring Spas. We found Pools Plus who is the local dealer and we shopped their store on 29th St. Jodi is the store manager and she was who helped us out. She was knowledgeable and easy going. She took the time to get to know us before showing us a few models she thought would be right for us. We ended up with a 6 person spa and got a really good deal on it!
