Excellent Customer Service We had a REAL problem with our pump -- we brought in the pump and a water sample. We got a quote for $350 for new pool pump inards. I had a long conversation with the service manager who said he would try to keep costs down. The next morning I got a call -- he looked the pump over again, an realized that we just needed one new part -- not a rebuilt pump -- with labor and parts I picked up the completely fixed pump for just under $70 -- you just GOTTA love it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Brian has been closing our pool for years now, and it is always first class. I have a crazy ziplock type cover that he hates!! They show up as expected and don't overcharge. They even trained me on how to open my pool!!! I think these are the most reliable, trustworthy pool people in town. And they have all the knowledge we don't. Thank you, PPP! Tammie Pierce
Unprofessional! We had Pools Patios and Porches try to fix some of our problems two summers ago. A new salt generator and a new filter were installed based on their advise. Needless to say it was a big mistake using them. The salt generator blew up the end of the season last year because it was installed backwards. After sending a letter and pictures, they never responded to me. Now we have discovered that the other issue is that the filter they put on is too small for the pool and the pump.
