Ronald does an excellent job, best we have ever had.
Big Fan of this crew! They have been doing a great job, excellent communication and fantastic work ethic. Kenny comes out and gets the job done. I had called about an issue with the pool and Kenny was at my house in 10 mins to take care of it! This is what customer service should look like. I also had a small leak from one of my old pipes and they had Omar out here quickly to repair it. He fixed it in less than 15 mins and the cost to repair was exceptionally reasonable. Do NOT recommend! PLEASE read my response after owner commented. Bottom line, this company DID NOT follow through with what they said they would do once they had my CC on file. There is loads of room for improvement in communication! There are marks against this company on BBB. Maybe as new customers we had higher hopes with a better outcome.
