I could tell you about the marginal service we got for a year after the hurricane and it would be three stars. They were there 3-7 minutes per week. But we came home last week and paused the service. We sealed the pool with tape and plastic and started painting the pool deck. On Friday the "technician" from PnD showed up anyway while we were not home. He claimed to have added chemicals and vacuumed and the full service! Now in his defense there was muddy footprints in the fresh paint, and the tape was pulled up from one end.... read more

I called the company to come check a problem i have in my swimming pool, after couple of days a guy showed up he asked me to do something to fix the problem, which i did but problem never fixed, i called the office again and asked them to make the same guy calling me so i can rectify the problem on the phone, no call been done or whatsoever, they just took the money for the visit and that's it
