Alfredo was very good when he came to replace the automation board for my pool. He explained how everything worked and helped answer all my pool questions. This company is pretty good value when it comes to pool equipment quotes. Not a lot of extra salesmanship and overcharges like some other quotes I received.
I just started using their service after 16 years with another. Their first visit was to view the pool and the equipment. The pool needed to be vacuumed because of the silt at the bottom. My spa is elevated above the pool and the water would drain into the pool. They said it could be a dirty filter and if not they would check the valves. After the first visit, the pool looks a lot cleaner and the spa retains its water after they cleaned the pool filters.
