We hired Pools Etc to put in our pool and the attention to detail was par at best. The price difference between them and other pool companies were not that far off (Pools Etc was cheaper), but the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' and it looks like I did. An example of Tim's lack of detail would be installing non stainless steel screws in the main drain of the pool. Rust is everywhere and I am left dealing with this myself with no help from Pools Etc.

Pools Etc. Recently completely resurfaced one of our pools, and their service was excellent. The pool resurface was completed on schedule, and it looks fantastic. I would highly recommend using pools etc. for all of your pool resurfacing needs!
Tim and his team we're FAST, professional and did a fantastic job resurfacing our gunite pool. Awesome customer service and would highly recommend.
