Matt was awesome! He gave me great advice for darts. I also saw him help another customer while I was there with the utmost respect.
If there is a place to go for your pool/spa or billiards needs, this is it!! I personally worked with Matt and Chris and both of them were nothing short of professional and extremely knowledgable in all aspects! I had them refinish a pool cue that is not only very expensive but has even more sentimental value. After speaking with them i had no concerns and knew i could trust them. Incredible cue repair and refinishing. I have played pool for 30+ years. Over the years I have had many different people replace cue tips and work on my cues. I have never received my cues back in such perfect condition, I was blown away. I can't say enough of how impressed I am with the quality of work. Excellent work, thank you
Hands down the Best in central MA area! They actually operate with honesty and integrity, sadly rare nowadays. We got a repair quote from New England spa for $1500 for our hot tub—- gobsmacked from the price and out of desperation we started calling for second opinions, Pools and Cues fixed a small part and had us up and running for $130. Imagine if I didn’t call and I didn’t find an honest company?! They are always real and helpful. Go with these guys.
I purchased my hot tub in November of 2015 for $10,000. and the owner's nephew tried to persuade me to begin the payments before receiving the hot tub. When I did receive the hot tub (Before it was installed) the owner used facebook and a drunken visit to my home to pressure me to beginning payments. I had to tell him to leave or I would call the police.
