We have had our pool for 3 years. Ignoring how terrible the experience of the install was, every year things are broken. This year they stopped fixing it. Our travertine is cracking everywhere. The pool features don’t work. The control box works about half the time. The app for the control box works inconsistently. They have a key employee named Terry. He is awesome. In the market for a pool installation and Trevor was the first to respond, first to make an appointment and was so professional. Customer service is everything to me and I have zero doubt in their professionalism, and desire to jump right in to take care of the client's needs! Impressed!
