Amazing Service!! Pools By Signature provided me top notch service (as always). The Tech is knowledgeable, skillful, professional and honest! I have been using them for a while and I am always 100% satisfied. I have recommend them to all my family and friends and they say the same, Pools By Signature are the BEST!!!
What can I say, it's about time I came across a pool service here in coral springs that I can actually count on my pool is always in Tip-Top shape clean and filter always maintained they get every bit of debris that gets in that pool (my fault I don't have a screen) but thankfully I use pools by signature and won't look back I highly recommend you give them a call and at least give them a shot I'm glad I did +++AAA
These guys are all about life-work balance (theirs!) They give themselves ample vacation time and miss weeks of maintenance. Their solution is to dump extra chlorine. They do not vacuum or brush.
On many occasions the pool tech did not come for his weekly maintenance work. There is always an excuse! Today, we receive a notice that he was here and with both my husband and I working poolside, I can assure you he did not come. Pictures prove my statement. Sadly, this is still unresolved and I am frustrated and am no longer comfortable with this company.
