Poor service. Does not honor contractual work. Took over 13k to do work on our pool. We had to hire another company to fix it. Broke equipment and replaced it with old parts. Should not be in business!
Call today twice. A man answers “What?” I asked if it was PoolPros. He mumbled something and hang up. I called again thinking maybe he could not hear me. Same man answers in the same manner. This time I proceeded to tell him that I was looking for my inground spak to be serviced ... he said “when you learn to speak English call us back” as he hangs up he says “unbelievable” No wonder they only have 3 reviews...
I have been very pleased with Pool Pros. From pool technician to Office staff to Owner, their service has been consistent, responsive, and dependable. Highly recommend them!
