I wanted to add another well-deserved 5-star review for Eric and his team! Eric is completely trustworthy, fair, and always reachable whenever you need him. They do a superb job maintaining our pool and stand behind their work with absolute integrity. Truly exceptional customer service!

I called few times as I had an issue with the pool, never happened to someone pick up my call, I left a message no one called me back !!! I received a message asking what I need I replied to the message now been more than 10 days no answer, I called again today, the same answering machine!!!

Awful. The manager/boss is never reachable and does not care about, well, anything. Not even his own people. We had them opening the pool this year. We had issues with our pool last year when we closed the pool so we knew we will have issues. In lieu of helping us, the boss just claim that need need new this and that. They showed up at our backyard 7 in the morning without prior advance notice. The workers themselves can’t reach the “boss”. Consistent excellent customer service. Ive been using them for 25 years. They came to my rescue 25 years ago and I never looked back. The company I was using was putting me off and putting me off as my pool turned worse and worse. One call to Pool Masters and in one day they were here changed the part that needed changing and left. Didn't know me from hole in the wall, not even a bill in the mailbox, of course they were paid and nobody else has ever worked on my pool. We have been using this pool company for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. What started with simple pool openings and closings grew into larger projects over the years, including a new liner installation and converting our pool to a saltwater system about five years ago.
