I've been using Poolmasters for about 20 years and it's rare to find service companies that operate with a high level of customer focus in mind. Eric and his team are very friendly, responsive, fairly priced, and do great work. Last year I had a leak in my Hayward filter and they not only covered the warranty but replaced it the next day. I discovered several cracked and broken pipes around my pool caused from an improper pool closing at the end of last season (we closed the pool ourselves last season). I honestly thought this was the end of my pool. I contaced Poolmasters and Eric responded immediately. He sent out a crew a few days later to have a look at the damage. I am so happy with my decision to use Pool Masters this year. I had been using another service for many years, however, as my pool was getting older, my former service wasn’t able to manage some of the repairs. Eric at Poolmasters is unbelievably great to work with. I got introduced to him because I needed an entire re-plumbing after construction destroyed my equipment. His team did great work restoring everything and ever since I use them for all my pool needs.
