Don't make life hard on yaself, just take your water sample here and do exactly what they say! Best the pools looked since we started coming here 6 months ago and lower chemical maintenance than before. Literally just went through a cyclone and was $32 of balancer and a bit of acid i already had. Lady was flat out serving endless customers but just doing a bloody good job with a smile on her face. Keep it up team and catch you next week
Ridiculously high price for a pool pump service kit - rather have a green pool than use these clowns again....

I passed the shop this morning in the car with my husband. It reminded me… I was looked after well by this team. It feels like a Wife and Hubby and baby business shop. You know, just starting out, by the seat of their pants. You know when, the pump has been going perfectly for weeks…. You forget to say something nice about a service. Very bad customer service, and definitely not straight up with their customers. Beware . Will not be visiting this store ever again.
