I passed the shop this morning in the car with my husband. It reminded me… I was looked after well by this team. It feels like a Wife and Hubby and baby business shop. You know, just starting out, by the seat of their pants. You know when, the pump has been going perfectly for weeks…. You forget to say something nice about a service. Very bad customer service, and definitely not straight up with their customers. Beware . Will not be visiting this store ever again.
Very bad customer service and following up of emails, call backs, sending quotes and just letting us know what’s going on. Dragging it out longer than it needs to be.
