Great service!
I am so disappointed in Richard. His work used to be very good but the end of last year it seemed to decline. Then this year he neglected to actually clean my pool, charged me extra for some stain remover which did nothing and I had a leak which he ignored even his helper Matt told me I had a leak. I asked about replacing my backwash hose repeatedly as mine was full of holes. He said he would take care of it which he never did. Our sand filter broke on a Wednesday night and blew tons of sand into our pool. Richard was so quick to respond, he was there Thursday morning to check things out and order parts. Friday morning Richard came and replaced all of our sand and the broken parts in the filter. He was professional and thorough in the services he provided. He was helpful in answering my questions so I could learn some things about the operation of the equipment. We are very grateful for the amazing service we received. Thank you!
