If I could give a negative # I would! The level of incompetence has gone up a notch! After leaving a message about how my pool was still dirty the Same day it was serviced apparently they did not care! They sent the same guy. I told him to vacuum it and asked him how many times he did. He came back with" well they don't need it every week" so I had guests over the next day and they were amazed at how filthy my pool was. Paul is very conscientious and takes very good care of the pool and spa at our community. He’s very personable and really cares what kind of job he does
Kenny does an excellent job keeping our pool sparkling clean. He's prompt, reliable and all around great guy. He keeps us informed and highly recommend Amenity Pools.
