2 no show appointments for a repair. I waited at the house for hours. No call to cancel nothing. I even called an hour before my appointment and they said yup they’re coming soon. Also follow up was terrible. After I pointed out how they didn’t show up for 2 appointments they didn’t even make it a priority to make it right. Said they’d be there the next day. We are new to the game as new pool owners and after an unpleasant experience with a prior pool cleaning service, I was referred to Poollogic. Kyle and his team were highly praised for their professionalism , promptness and service knowledge. This company used to be great but it’s been going really down hill. I’ve had to call 6 times and am getting no follow up for basic contract needs. This has greatly affected our community and we would not recommend.

PoolLogic Pool Service helped clean our filters and pool quickly! We have them come once a month, and it helps our pool stay clean all the time. Would highly recommend!
