2 no show appointments for a repair. I waited at the house for hours. No call to cancel nothing. I even called an hour before my appointment and they said yup they’re coming soon. Also follow up was terrible. After I pointed out how they didn’t show up for 2 appointments they didn’t even make it a priority to make it right. Said they’d be there the next day.
