Had a really bad experience with these guys. I had algae in my pool and let them know, but was told it was my problem because my pool had issues. Funny thing is, now that Pinch-A-Penny is taking care of my pool, I haven’t had any algae. I had to spend $200 on chemicals to get rid of it, and they’re still billing me. Really poor business.

Absolutely terrible experience! Pool has never looked so bad, came home from vacation to an empty pool on Labor Day weekend with friends in town. Apparently they turned the valves in the wrong position which drained the pool out into our flower beds, grass and fruit trees… now damaged! We immediately called,emailed and texted, with a text response that someone would come out the next morning. We saw him come and go with nothing done and no explanation.
