Excellent turnaround time on scheduling and suburb customer service throughout. Will definitely be calling again!
The Pool Fix guy was helpful and accommodating. We were not sure what the issue was with the water flow but it took a very short time for him to analyze the needed repair and knew exactly what part he needed to order. We appreciated his prompt response and he came exactly when he said he would. Great customer service which is not found very often. We look forward to working with him in the future! Highly recommended!!!
He does a tremendous job with his work. I was thankful that he went above and beyond in checking our pool heater after replacing the pump motor. Friendly guy- thankful for his hard work.
Jamie was great. Called 7 different company’s and they were the only one who made it easy to fix my issue, and didn’t have a computer answer the phone. Fixed my issue within 2 hours of me calling.
Excellent work, knows all assets of pool maintenance and repair, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needed a reputable pool technician. Does the little extras to make sure everything is running as designed.
