1st he charged me $600 more than what he quoted me. The winter he installed the unit my tenant complained that the unit didn't heat properly. He came out a few times but never fixed the problem. He told me that my tenant was old and crazy. He then told me the only way that he would come back to fix the problem is I pay him a $50 service fee.
