What kind of shop steals your battery out of your car and replaced it with an old battery when the shop is responsible for your car while they are fixing it not only that rambling through out the car for change or anything they could find but that's not all kept the car 2 months just to put a wind shield in the reason we took the car there in the first place was because we where told we where next in line 2 months latter got the car back in worse shape than it was before the wreaker ever picked it up. Work not completed as written in the work order. They had the car for more than three weeks. Now we have more wait time to be completed.
When we took the truck to the shop from an accident there has been apparent more damage than the original work was supposed to be done. Things that shouldn’t have been touched ended up being touched.
We took our 2015 Honda accord in for rear collision repair. Poole quoted us $5,068.95.a few weeks later he called with a $7,000.00 + quote.we immediately went to retrieve my car and we're told we'd have to pay $881.18 for them to return parts they said they ordered plus a (storage fee)?? OR I could sign the car over to them,and we'd be square!!! I paid him $881.18 cash and we got my car back exactly like we left it !!
