I had an excellent experience at Pooler Parkway Dental Care. I had previously found their practice and was planning on going for my first appointment with the earliest available at end of March for a routine cleaning and comprehensive exam. I was having issues with my bite though and called the office to ask if it would be possible to get an earlier appointment and they were able to see me the exact same day! Very pleasant bunch of people :)
Always friendly and efficient
I’m very disappointed with the way this office handled my wife's appointment. She left work early (lost pay) only to find out that they canceled her appointment without notifying us ahead of time, and we only found out when we arrived at the office. This shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and very poor customer service. I expect a simple phone call or message when an appointment needs to be changed. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in this office.
