This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their billing department is a joke. Especially Anthony who is unbelievably rude and condescending! I have on going health issues which has required me to need regular imaging done. Whether I’ve gone to Pooler Imaging or been at Effingham Hospital the bill always come from Atlantic Radiology Associates. I completely agree with the Google rating of 1 star. The single worst billing department ever formed. I NEVER received a bill, but got a phone call from collections. Even if they actually sent one (which I don't believe) wouldn't you think a 2 minute phone call would have been better than selling it to collections for a fraction of what is owed? I had a billing issue and stopped into the Pooler office today. In 10 Minutes it was resolved. The entire office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my questions. They were professional and excellent to work with. Thank you
Wonderful experience having some testing done on my newborn. From scheduling the appointment the same day, insurance, and then the appointment it was very easy. The tech there was very understanding and patient with him. She understood a tiny baby is squirmy. She made sure he was comfortable, which is extremely important to me as a mom. I highly recommend the facility.
They were very friendly, helped with every question I had, and understood my pain! I recommend them fully!
