I had their system for 5 years. It was slow and unreliable at first and didnt work at all for the last two years. They sent multiple technicians to try to fix it after long delays and after no success I had them remove the Pooled Control system. They made no effort to return my pool to its previous control system and it has cost a lot of time and effort to fix the mess they left. Cannot recommend at all. Definitely not worth the subscription
Don’t bother with this company. I have emailed, messaged and begged for a phone call. Eventually I received a phone call after backwards and forwards on email. Nothing resolved. The app is completely unstable and doesn’t work and it takes at least 3 weeks for a technician to come. Having to resort to this review in an attempt to get contact.
I have been a client of this company for 8 years. The system is great. God help you if you have a problem. You can email, call, leave messages etc. Good luck with that. The message on the phone requests that we treat staff with respect. Fair enough. I'd really be grateful if the manager or owner of the company would give his clients the same courtesy.
I started with Pooled form the very beginning. Before I found them I was a slave to my pool, always on the brink of it all going pear shaped with constant trips to the pool shop trying to keep the balance. So I never enjoyed having one until Pooled took control with their automated system and app. I rarely have to do anything anymore they take care of everything and let me know if I have to add salt. Did not live up to expectations. Tried it for about 6 months, couldn't get connection through the app for most of that. Had every excuse in the book and the technicians tell me it was my home equipments fault, got two second opinions who all told me otherwise. Customer service is still rubbish
