Todd Poole and James Merritt defined what every person fears when looking for a law firm and lawyer. I hired them over 2 years ago for a Civil Litigation Case, and regret that decision daily. James did not inform me what was happening in the case, gave endless excuses and made sure he was getting paid for every poor judgement he made. I worked with Jon David at Poole Huffman on a long and draining case involving fraud by a contractor who, from day one, believed he could outsmart everyone. We just ended a federal court case in which Mr Todd Poole was our lead attorney and he definitely gets my recommendation. Todd was fantastic in his preparation, understanding, and presentation of the facts which were instrumental in the success of our case.
