I can not recommend this florist because I never received my order. When the order was placed I did not receive an email confirmation. Even though I signed up for text updates I never received an update. I noticed my order was refunded on the day the flowers were set to deliver... which is a very poor way to let a customer know their order was cancelled. Poor communication from every angle.
Ordered flowers for our 32nd anniversary. Asked for a couple of modifications which Lillian was able to accomodate. As you can see from the picture, the bouquet is OVER THE TOP beautiful. Lillian is very talented - this is the second time I've ordered from Lillian Birch .... this is definitely my "go to" florist from this point forward ... .extra bonus - she is a locat small business in Tyngsborough...,
I placed a rather last minute mother's day order, Lillian was able to accommodate me and reached out to discuss the bouquet options with me. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and vibrant.
I had a small issue with my original order not quite matching the advertised photo, but Lillian went above and beyond to make it right. She immediately issued a full refund and personally delivered a brand new arrangement. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and it’s clear she really cares about her customers and her work. The new flowers were beautiful, and I would absolutely order from her again!
Sent flowers to my Niece in Ma from Maine. I was beyond thrilled with this company. I highly recommend for there beautiful work and ease of ording.
