Service was horrible MR Poole not professional at all when you ask question he don’t have no answer he blame everything on the IRS you pay him to know his knowledge on taxes but he don’t. Have terrible customer service, he never answer the phone and when he do pick up the phone he say he busy to call back in a hour. I drove to his office and call him and watch him not answer the phone with no customers in his office worst tax service ever! Don’t waste your time letting him do your taxes !
Moved from a different state & needed to File Taxes from the PREVIOUS 2 Years.. DENNIS WAS AWESOME.. NOT ONLY DOES Dennis Do Income Taxes HE HAS ALSO has Worked for THE IRS!!! So not only Does Dennis Work for the Average Employed Family Household He ALSO Has Worked for the OTHER SIDE..THE IRS & knows what they are looking for!!!
