I recently had my hot water heater flushed for the first time here in Tucson, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Leo, the plumber who came out, was very professional and did a top-notch job. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and even showed me how the process works. I've called this plumbing company twice so far—first for some valve and pipe repairs when setting up a washer and dryer, and then more recently to fix a water heater. Both times, the plumber came out the same day, were friendly and easy to talk to, and finished the job quickly. We’ve had Everett from Poole Brothers Plumbing come to our Tucson home a few times recently because we had some pipes burst. Each time, he showed up quickly and fixed the plumbing issues at a fair price. When another pipe broke, we called again and Everett came out that evening, making sure everything was repaired the right way. He only charged us the amount he had quoted earlier, which was very reasonable, and there were no surprise fees.
