I requested assistance to reroute some copper pipes that deliver hot water to several radiators. The job was completed, and Leo called to inform me that everything was finished and functioning well. Since it was late in the day, I asked him to set the thermostat to 50 degrees, planning to check it the next morning. The owner came out promptly, even though it wasn't a true emergency, just a hassle with my broken drain pipe.
