Pool Works has been servicing our pool for 4 years. Such a wonderful company to be able to depend on. Just recently we had to have our pool resurfaced. This company's customer service is second to none. I understand they started out as a water treatment company which gives them an extreme advantage over other pool service companies. Many other companies I've worked with seem to have trouble getting the pool chemical composition just right. These guys are truly the experts though. Not the best for pool services. Often had to call because they didn’t show up and pool never looked very good. They charge a lot of money and I would watch the guy come and chlorinate and then leave. Has to remind him to vacuum. Once he left a note and said he didn’t have time to service pool and would do next week!
Been a customer for 6 years. Great customer service and knowledge
No communication he said she said blame on others don't do thete job propper get the run around and when they leave always worse then before they goy there and if you rent and the pool is included in the rent then you are low man on todum poll and pass you by untill the end if that
