RecommendedCasey and Richard came to close my pool today. I have a complicated solar system that I have to explain to pool people every year. They listened to me, made some adjustments to close properly, were respectful, and professional. Big change from my last pool company. Great job guys! Thank you for the pleasant experience.
Pat and his team did a fantastic job on our pool. Pat came over and explained everything to me in detail on what had to be done. He warned me that it may cost more if they needed to do some leveling in which they did. No big deal. After everything was done Pat even came and helped me get the pump and filter back up and running and even did a simple minor repair for me. I could not be happier with pool surgeons. Thanks Pat!!
Patrick came to our house to meet with us the same day I spoke to him on the phone. We get in line on their schedule and the new liner was installed the day they said it would be. The guys who came to do the work were terrific. Professional, very nice. Answered all of our silly questions. They even got the pump up and running for us. Very happy!
Matt and Lou came to our house today and did a fantastic job I’m very pleased with the pride they take in their work . Very friendly people to work with .
Dishonest and poor workmanship. Pat installed a liner and did some plumbing replacement. The liner was not correct and did not fit right in the corners and the pool bottom was not finished properly even though he charged us extra for bottom repair. The plumbing was installed incorrectly and had to be re-done. I would never use this company again. Pat refused to address our concerns and made belittling comments about me when he thought I couldn't hear him. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
My parents were one the first pools this company put in !! I believe 40 or so year ago !! They were wonderful then , always very courteous, good and knowledgeable . My parents were happy to also become friends with the owner Pat and his family!! Recently I bought a house with a pool. When I took the cover off . The lining was coming lose . 🥴. Absolutely love Pool Surgeons! They fixed a giant stain on the bottom of my pool when the company who sold us our pool were absolutely useless. They even came of their own accord the next day to check to see if the stain was disappearing which it was! Cannot say enough good things about them. Truly amazing service!
