We purchased a Jacuzzi J 315 spa from Pool & Spa Warehouse of Gainesville in Fall, 2024. It was not in stock at the manufacturer yet and so there was a wait for delivery. This was, of course, no fault of the store. When the unit arrived at their warehouse we made arrangements for delivery, providing measurements and site photos. IF you decide to do business with this company or one of its aliases be very CAREFUL. They can not be trusted to perform, deliver or act in good faith. PLEASE NOTE: the one star rating is the lowest rating you can post in Google reviews and be able to leave a review. This company does not rate a one star. The term CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is a false claim......CUSTOMERS BEWARE ......is a more proper LOGO for this firm. Tried to do business with Pool & Spa Warehouse. Salesperson Monica did a great job, but she works for people that lack any customer relations skills and business ethics. Found a spa we liked, put up a down payment (via credit card) of $500. Then scheduled a Doctor's appointment to get the required sign off of sales tax for medical purposes. However, PSW didn't like the wording thus had to get a second sign off from a doctor (adding delay). Then had to provide photos of where the spa would be placed. Visited the Warehouse on a busy Saturday. The employee, Monica, was very helpful even though she was busy. Enjoyed looking at all the hot tubs. There was no pressure to buy just helpful information! Ended up purchasing a hot tub that we love! Thank you, Monica!
