I had a little bit of a time crunch problem and Spa Officials were able to come out same day. The technician was honest and helpful. I felt very confident during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend.

Great experience! I was amazed that they had a compatible replacement pump on their truck. He had my swim spa fixed within an hour! They will be my go-to for all future maintenance.

Today our spa became heavenly again thanks to Ryan with Pool Spa Officials. The spa was really a mess. Ryan arrived promptly and explained patiently step by step with photos and text communication how he was proceeding. He performed the most thorough deep cleaning our spa has ever had. I really can’t use enough adjectives to describe Ryan’s quality of work. It was exceptional! Ryan and Pool Spa Officials are awesome! Honest, affordable and responsive. I especially appreciated the before and after photos sent when Ryan was repairing my hot tub. Will continue using their services and highly recommend!
