Great experience! I was amazed that they had a compatible replacement pump on their truck. He had my swim spa fixed within an hour! They will be my go-to for all future maintenance.

Today our spa became heavenly again thanks to Ryan with Pool Spa Officials. The spa was really a mess. Ryan arrived promptly and explained patiently step by step with photos and text communication how he was proceeding. He performed the most thorough deep cleaning our spa has ever had. I really can’t use enough adjectives to describe Ryan’s quality of work. It was exceptional! Ryan and Pool Spa Officials are awesome! Honest, affordable and responsive. I especially appreciated the before and after photos sent when Ryan was repairing my hot tub. Will continue using their services and highly recommend!

We have had the best experience with Ryan from Spa Officials. He came out promptly from our initial call and repaired the problem. When the problem seemed to reoccur, we contacted Ryan and even with the freeze days in play, he was responsive on when he could get out and kept in contact. He came out and resolved the problem. I highly recommend using Ryan for any spa or pool need. A definite 5 star!!!
