Ryan was great! Very knowledgeable and courteous and he was easy to communicate with by phone or by text message. He was very reasonably priced, an he was able to get to us the fastest out of the repair people we called. He fixed our issue in one trip and had all of the correct tools. So glad to have our tub back. Ours is very old and we weren’t sure it was going to make it. If we have any more problems we will come back to Pool Spa Officials!

What a tremendous experience with Spa Pool Officials. They came the same day to diagnose the issue and laid out an affordable and best case solution. They came at the scheduled time for the repair and after starting they realized there was a more affordable solution.
