I’ve been a customer of pool and spa express since they opened. I’ve been a very loyal customer over the years . They have always been there whenever anything went wrong. They have installed new equipment, serviced old and new over the years. Always the best service. Unfortunately I can not say that about the company at the present time. The original owners have retired. The current management does not seem to be able to get things done in a timely manner. Bought new liner and they couldn’t get wrinkles out after install. Year later hired another company to remove wrinkles. Jerked controller out of latched box.
Still waiting over 9 MONTHS for them to finish my pool which they started in OCTOBER OF 2019. This is unbelievable. All we get is excuses.
