Can be very rude to the inexperienced pool owner. I recently had a pool installed, and yes I am a rookie. When I call Pool & Spa the ladies I talk to are helpful and courteous. However, there is one particular gentleman that has on more than one occasion been both short and rude to me. He is polite and helpful to my husband, but doesn't seem to want to bother with my business. When he was called on this particular incident, he denied it totally. I am taking my business north.
Pool & Spa ETC...... I bought a Swimming pool from Pool & Spa ETC.. this summer. Chaz was very helpful with getting the yard measured and helping get everything I needed to get the pool up and running. They are a little pricey but the quality can't be beat.
