Poorly organized. The only real help they give you is to get in touch with the other person. Then they collect your money & throw you a t shirt.

Used these guys twice. Second experience was an absolute nightmare, then they were to sell a single account in south OC and screwed that up too- costing me money. They still owe me $3,600 from escrow and now I have to sue them. I will never use them again and have told dozens of pool guys my experience with them.
