These guys are always great. I've been using pool robotics for a number of years to keep an aging Zodiac cleaner running and they have always responded with help and friendly advice. I'm at a point where I look forward to my machine breaking down so I can draw on their assistance. Always a pleasure!
Awesome service from Pool Robotics, fixed up my unexpectedly dead Dolphin robot and it was a perfect response and price. Working great since its resurrection. Thank you so much to Grant and Steve and the team for helping me out in quick time. Really highly recommended service.
Went to drop off my robot cleaner expecting a 2-3 week turnaround but waited 20 minutes while it was fixed. I thought it was out of warranty but they checked it and fixed it for free with a new LED chip. AWESOME SERVICE
Recently went into this amazing business after trying to untwist a very well used cord on our pool cleaner. Once again blown away with the customer service SERIOUSLY if you are not a customer here you are losing out! These guys installed a new cord on the spot while I watched their fantastic service in action. Simply wouldn't go anywhere else!
