Nothing but good things to say about Samuel and his team. For me, the biggest difference with Pool Rescuers is honesty in the customer's best interest. We had some filter and motor issues. One vendor came out, looked at the pool, and automatically said the repairs and everything would be $6k, even without turning anything on, running the system, or doing any due diligence. I had scheduled a new pool pump install as my other one broke down after 8 years. They came out 3 days later (could have come 2 days later but Thursday was better for me). Samuel was quick and communicated well prior to and during the appointment. He even took it upon himself to clean the entire pool, since he came a couple days after a bad storm and since I couldn’t run the pump before he came he said he couldn’t just leave it like that (all dirty and full of leaves). I honestly didn’t think my pool could be saved it was basically black, cloudy, and completely disgusting. I was embarrassed to even look at it. But Michael and Samuel from Pool Rescuers showed up and completely turned things around. They worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and didn’t cut corners.
