The guys at Pool Rescuers are all around kind and honest guys. I've used them for my pool cleaning and other maintenance services for a few years and they've always been a huge help. A few months back I had a pump issue (clogged/stuck impeller) so I called Samuel. He not only properly & quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, but walked me through how to fix the issue right then and there. I was struggling getting my pump to work. Tried everything from YouTube, but eventually my ego lost and I called the experts. Samuel came by the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a couple hours. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fair prices. Definitely recommend! Also, don’t ever get one of these pre filters they are idiotic
Would definitely recommend them, struggling to get my pool clear, tried everything. They fit me in the same day I called, got lots of good info on good products to use. So even if you are doing your pool cleaning yourself a good resource to help when you can't figure it out yourself. Also if your pool has a big issue definitely call them for help. They aren't trying to up-sell you they really care about what they do, glad I found them!
Michael and Samuel are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pool services. Not only were they able to address the rapidly spreading algae in our pool, but they were able to turn it around in the span of 3-4 days. Michael was extremely diligent when it came to addressing the problem, which involved coming every day until it was fixed and openly communicating what the plan was. We highly recommend them if you are looking for pool experts that will not stop until the problem is solved.
