Roberto and his team at Braz Masonry was excellent. Called and was given a 2 weeks date. They came on time and finished the worked in the same day. Our pool is now looking beautiful thanks to Braz Masonry. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their pool worked on.
Braz Masonry didn’t pay attention to the details of my pool renovation. There were visible flaws that should have been caught during the process, and now I have to deal with them.
The team at Braz Masonry was unprofessional and didn't respect my property. They left debris everywhere, and it took weeks to clean up after them.
Braz Masonry's communication was terrible. I couldn't get updates on my pool renovation, and when I did, it felt like they didn't care. Definitely not worth the frustration.
