Conduct better customer service & hire a technician who can perform basic tasks without coming back 4 times & charging every time. What a joke!
RecommendedThey complete work as agreed upon and show up as planned. They return calls and emails quickly. They provide recommendations and strategies. This is the second time I have hired them. Once for pool resurface with new waterfall and once to replace my skimmer.
Recommended5 ⭐️ Just got our pool updated with LED lights and switched to the Pentair automated salt system. Have to say Pool Pros and Dan did a great job installing and coming out after hours to show us how to use our new system He went over everything with me to insure we knew how to operate and care for our new pool system. This system is the best and we would highly recommend Pool Pros and Dan to anyone looking to update their system or are in need for someone to care for their pool. Thanks Dan.
