Pool Pros Builder just completed our pool. The process was smooth and painless. From the beginning, while we were gathering estimates, the whole staff was amazing. Nathan conducted the visit and gave us an estimate right away. Our project manager Nelsy was incredible throughout the whole process! She communicated consistently and effectively and made sure that every question was answered. They were truly amazing throughout the whole process, if I ever build a pool again I’m definitely calling Pool Pros, thank you!
Excellent service and timing
I hired Pool Pros Builder, and overall I can only give them three stars. When I was first quoted, I was given the wrong numbers, but they did correct it and gave me a discount, which I appreciated. The pool itself is great and I haven’t had any issues with it. The biggest issues are with the deck. I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars. Some of the sand under the pavers has already shifted, so parts of the deck feel loose. Only some areas were sealed properly, while others weren’t sealed at all. Nick, the guy behind the guy has been amazing helping me finding a leak that has been in my pool for months. He was very communicative and came rain or shine. He comforted me explaining all the avenues to find a leak no one else could find. He didn’t let me down. His enthusiastic and friendly personality was great to keep a positive perspective.
