The experience with Pool Pros throughout the process of replastering our pool, updating lights and safety drains, and installing new tile was fantastic. Everybody at Pool Pros truly care. They are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and courteous. The replaster job was kept clean and safe. The tile work required an experienced craftsman which they have. Do not recommend. Did not complete a resort pool project in a timely manner or with any urgency, and left it a mess/eyesore and unusable for Spring Break. Project is not yet complete annd has been ann ongoing disaster for over 6 months. Inefficient, unreliable and unprofessional.
