Very unprofessional behavior. Caught a pool cleaner sleeping in his van at out club house. Previously have caught their employee using his laptop and hanging out in our club house. He also left without doing his job. Left trash around pool, does not replace worn or broken pool equipment. Left the bathrooms filthy. Creeped out my Wife, staring at her while she was setting up for a party. Extremely unprofessional is what their name should be.
So far, I am very unhappy that I changed services. Two months since opening, weekly service and the pool is unuseable.
