Terrible customer service! The person who called me Justin, stated he could not provide proof of the repairs that were made. We’ve discussed and requested via email, that we would like to see photos of the repairs completed. Justin called me via phone and proceeded to yell at me because I left a 1 star review. Our pool is still leaking and after we paid off $4,550 for repairs that were supposedly completed but they have no proof of the work actually being done. WARNING!! This company has no integrity. My estimate went from 15k to an invoice of 25k. The demo team broke my drain pipe, left my garden hose running for at least 3 days while I was out of town. They flooded under the pool which caused the deep end to raise 2 ft. My pool and yard have been destroyed for 4 months with no work being done. They except no responsibility for their mistakes and refuse to restore my pool. Never use this company.

Justin was too busy trying to sell me new tiles for my pool. Do not take enough time to investigate where the leak was

If I could give Pool and Pipe a 6 star review, I would. They gave us the lowest price to come and expertly diagnose the problem, were out on the very next day ( we called on a Sunday), were quick and efficient. You don't want to know about the water bills we could have had to pay, never-mind potential foundation repairs if they had not gotten to us quickly. Thanks, Justin, for making a potentially tough situation bearable. Bill

Justin's team is fast and efficient. Ulike national firms, he is not backed up many weeks. His cost to come on site and diagnose the problem is way lower, too.
