I am very pleased with the service and work provided by the Pool People. The price was right, the team was responsive, and they did an excellent job. I kept getting referred to Lazy Day but they are a larger company with many bad reviews. I am happy to have gone with Pool People as they made sure I didn't feel like another number. Thanks again!
After being left in a bad spot with our pool contractor, we felt unprepared for the upcoming freezing temperatures of winter & how to prepare our pool. Keith was a HUGE help. We were willing to pay him to come out & walk us through everything, but he freely gave of his time (on the Friday after Thanksgiving of all days) & talked me through my system. These guys came out this July during one of those 100+ temperature days. They threatened to quit the pool liner installation that day but not before working through the hottest day to get the job done. Pool People, Keith, was fantastic to work with. I had a client who was buying a home and wanted the pool inspected. The pool wasn't open yet for the season so we contacted Keith and even though he was extremely busy he was willing to open the pool, check the equipment and get it ready for the season with short notice. I would definitely recommend Pool People in the future.
