I certainly wish consumers would understand that ratings are based on a number of factors and more importantly how, as a customer, we play a part in the experience, especially in today's world. With that said, I've been in Columbia for almost 20 years and have always been able to count on Pool Patrol for reliable service and reasonable pricing both in retail and for my pool cleaning services. Highly recommend!

I needed a liner and they showed up on time, was honest about what I needed, and did a wonderful job. I feel like I have a brand new pool. Thanks so much Pool Patrol!

I was a customer for almost 10 years. In the last year or two the service has degraded to the point where I could not take the lying and incompetence. I tried my best to work with them I know nobody is perfect, however, when I pay for a service and they do not even take the time to check my equipment properly to the point that the equipment fails and then they tell me "it's my fault" it is ridiculous.
