They helped us secure a temporary heating element for our hot tub, and performed the required fix to get our tub back in working order. Excellent customer service!
Chris is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He’s honest about what you need and will not try to upset or gouge you. We ordered a new hot tub during the pandemic with a month wait time. When the company took longer than expected, and we had wanted to change the hot tub we ordered, Chris called the manufactures and got our hot tub upgraded to what we wanted.
